Board of Directors

Camp Mitchell, Inc. is a 501(c)3 non profit governed by an independent Board of Directors. The Board of Directors is vested with the power and authority in the name and on behalf of the Diocese of Arkansas to manage, operate, control, repair, improve, and develop the Camp property for use as a camp and retreat center. The Board meets regularly throughout the year, and its membership has a balance of clergy, laity, professionals, and representatives from key interest groups.
