Meeting at Camp Mitchell
Camp Mitchell offers a variety of meeting spaces suited for groups as small as 10 or as large as 160. Our beautiful scenery, on-site lodging, and warm hospitality make Camp Mitchell the ideal site for your next event. Whether you are planning a small retreat or a large gathering, we have the facilities to suit your needs.
Hoke Lodge welcomes any group with its rustic look and panoramic views. Hoke can provide a meeting space for up to 80 people and is conveniently located in the center of campus.
Burke Hall is perfect for a smaller gathering of up to 40 people. With its open air feel and beautiful fireplace, Burke doesn't disappoint.
Keller Hall is the dining hall at Camp Mitchell. It overlooks the Ada Valley and offers space for up to 200 people. Keller can serve as both a meeting space and dining hall and can be divided into three sections.
Grace Lodge is the shining star of accommodations at Camp Mitchell. Grace can sleep up to 30 people and allows for any group to prepare their own meals using its fully equipped kitchen . The common room in Grace serves as an excellent meeting space for groups looking for privacy and beauty, wrapped all together.
Canterbury is the perfect space for small groups looking to spend quality time together. With a fully equipped kitchen, 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and the capability to sleep 16 people, Canterbury provides everything a small group would need to enjoy time in retreat.
KELLER DINING HALL
Enhanced by the beautiful view from its south-facing windows and the Arkansas Porch, Keller’s main hall seats up to 200 for meals, and Keller Hall can also be set up theater style for lectures and seminars.
Meals served in Keller Hall are prepared by Adam Hanry. Adam and his staff will work with you to provide a dining experience that meets your needs and budget.
In addition to its function as the main dining area for group events, Keller Hall is available for banquets, luncheons, parties, receptions, meetings, conferences or seminars.
